  1. Privacy policy

Benevolence and respect for your privacy are the basis of our approach. Consequently, the security of the site and the privacy policy are essential to us. The company was created in September 2020 and has taken the necessary steps to be declared to the French Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL).

  1. Deontology

Doctical.com was born from the desire of health professionals to help the sexual health of people with chronic illnesses. To do this, we publish medical support courses, consisting of medical information and virtual care (“live streaming”). Our model is “freemium”, partly free and partly subscription-based.

The virtual care journeys offered by Doctical are written by doctors and practitioners on the basis of scientific data and feedback from best practice.

However, the information provided does not in any way replace a medical consultation.

We have made it our business not to overwhelm you with advertising. We may cooperate with health professionals. This will always be done in full transparency and with the sole aim of advancing the quality of medical knowledge. Our ambition is to create a new link between health professionals and patients, a direct link based on trust. No information or data concerning our visitors or members is used without their prior agreement.

  1. Chat groups, Q&A or comments

Patients and family members unanimously ask us for testimonies from people who have been there. Therefore we give a prominent place to communities of people who are sharing and learning from each other’s experiences. Similarly, anyone can comment on articles or ask questions under a pseudonym of their choice. Comments and questions are controlled and moderated. They will only be published after we have validated them.

We remind you that it is forbidden to publish or transmit on the site any content of an illicit, defamatory, pornographic, racist or hateful nature or which is detrimental to human dignity. Comments or questions deemed inappropriate or illicit will not be published, without our being obliged to inform the author of the message or to justify our decision. If, however, a disturbing comment escapes our vigilance, you can report it to us by sending an email to contact@doctical.com
